To strengthen its operational and customer coordination functions, Gladiators Group is seeking a dedicated and energetic Back Office Process & Tele-caller professional to support backend operations, customer communication, lead coordination, and administrative processes.
Position Summary
The Back Office Process & Tele-caller will be responsible for handling tele-calling activities, customer follow-ups, backend process coordination, data management, and operational support functions.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, computer proficiency, customer handling abilities, and the capability to manage both calling and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Tele-calling & Customer Coordination
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Contact customers and clients for follow-ups, inquiries, appointments, and service coordination.
Explain company services and provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain customer communication records and call reports.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, pending documentation, and customer requirements.
Escalate customer concerns to the concerned department when required.
Back Office Process Management
Support day-to-day backend operational activities.
Maintain records, reports, databases, and documentation accurately.
Perform data entry, document verification, and process coordination tasks.
Prepare daily work reports and update operational trackers.
Coordinate with internal departments for process completion and workflow management.
Ensure smooth execution of assigned operational and administrative tasks.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain customer and operational databases.
Update MIS reports and Excel sheets regularly.
Handle email communication and document filing.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and process compliance.
Assist in preparing reports for management review.
Administrative Support
Coordinate with sales, operations, HR, and customer support teams.
Support office administration and workflow management.
Assist in appointment scheduling and internal communication tasks.
Maintain organized records and process documentation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–5 years of experience in tele-calling, backend operations, customer support, or process coordination.
Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.
