Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. The role involves social media management, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, lead generation, website optimization, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate should possess strong digital marketing knowledge, creative thinking, analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience with modern digital marketing tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
Manage lead generation campaigns for various business verticals.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Track marketing trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Social Media Management
Manage company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Create and schedule engaging content for social media campaigns.
Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and follower growth.
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
Respond to customer inquiries and online engagement activities.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Optimize website content for search engines.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Improve website rankings and organic traffic performance.
Monitor SEO performance and implement improvement strategies.
Collaborate with content and web development teams.
Performance Marketing
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
Monitor advertising budgets and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Analyze campaign metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
Generate qualified leads through targeted digital advertising.
Content Marketing
Coordinate creation of blogs, articles, website content, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Develop content strategies that support business growth and brand visibility.
Ensure content consistency across digital channels.
Work with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce engaging content.
Website & Analytics Management
Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics.
Update website content and landing pages as required.
Use Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
Generate reports and actionable insights for management.
Email & Marketing Automation
Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
Maintain customer databases and mailing lists.
Monitor email campaign performance and engagement rates.
Support CRM and marketing automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Computer Applications, or related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or performance marketing.
Digital Marketing Certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) preferred.
