To support its growing portfolio of infrastructure and construction projects, Gladiators Group is seeking experienced and dynamic Site Engineers (Civil) to oversee project execution, site management, quality control, and client coordination activities.
Position Summary
The Site Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for supervising civil construction activities, ensuring quality workmanship, monitoring project schedules, coordinating resources, and maintaining compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of civil engineering practices, site management capabilities, and experience in executing construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Civil Site Execution
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
Ensure execution of work according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate construction activities with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
Verify measurements and ensure proper execution of structural and finishing works.
Project Planning & Coordination
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
Identify site challenges and implement effective solutions to avoid project delays.
Participate in project review meetings and provide progress updates.
Quality Control & Inspection
Ensure all civil works comply with quality standards and engineering specifications.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks regularly.
Monitor concrete works, structural activities, finishing works, and material quality.
Implement corrective actions for quality deviations.
Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
Material & Resource Management
Monitor material consumption and site inventory.
Verify quantities and assist in material planning.
Ensure proper storage and utilization of construction materials.
Coordinate procurement requirements with project and procurement teams.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety standards and site regulations.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements.
Conduct site safety inspections and toolbox talks.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
Report safety incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily progress reports, site diaries, and work records.
Prepare measurement sheets, inspection reports, and project documentation.
Track project milestones and report progress to management.
Support preparation of project completion and handover documents.

Required Qualifications
B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure projects, building construction, or project execution.
Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
