Position Summary
The Field Engineer will be responsible for onsite technical operations, project execution, installation supervision, troubleshooting, maintenance support, and coordination of engineering activities at various project and client locations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving capability, project coordination skills, and the ability to work efficiently in field and site-based environments.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations & Project Execution
Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of technical systems and equipment.
Execute field engineering activities as per project requirements and operational standards.
Coordinate onsite technical operations and ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor equipment performance and operational efficiency.
Support testing, calibration, and system integration activities.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
Diagnose technical and operational issues and provide effective solutions.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of field-related technical problems.
Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for complex troubleshooting cases.
Site Coordination & Client Support
Visit project sites and client locations for technical inspections and operational support.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams regarding project activities.
Provide technical guidance and service support to field technicians and operational staff.
Ensure proper communication and reporting between site and management teams.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure all field operations comply with company safety standards and engineering practices.
Monitor quality standards during installation and project execution.
Follow SOPs, technical guidelines, and operational compliance procedures.
Ensure proper use of safety equipment and field protocols.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare technical reports, service reports, maintenance logs, and project updates.
Maintain documentation related to installations, inspections, and operational activities.
Submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.
Assist in preparing project documentation and technical presentations.

Required Qualifications
B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Field engineering or technical operations experience preferred.
