To support its expanding project operations, Gladiators Group is seeking experienced Site Supervisors who can effectively manage site activities, workforce coordination, quality standards, and project execution while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Position Summary
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, supervising manpower, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety compliance at project locations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, technical understanding, workforce management skills, and hands-on experience in site execution and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations Management
Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor work progress as per project schedules and operational plans.
Ensure proper deployment and utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Ensure timely completion of assigned site activities.
Workforce Supervision
Manage and supervise technicians, operators, and site workers.
Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
Maintain discipline and operational efficiency at project sites.
Conduct daily briefings and work planning meetings.
Ensure adherence to company policies and site regulations.
Quality Control
Ensure all work is executed according to approved specifications and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work.
Identify quality issues and initiate corrective actions.
Support quality audits and compliance reviews.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Conduct safety checks and toolbox talks for site personnel.
Monitor usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Report and address safety concerns immediately.
Ensure compliance with company and statutory regulations.
Material & Resource Management
Monitor material availability and usage at site.
Maintain records of material consumption and inventory.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams when required.
Prevent wastage and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily site progress reports and attendance records.
Report project status, delays, and challenges to management.
Document site activities, inspections, and incidents.
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly project updates.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in a relevant discipline. (B.Tech preferred)
5–7 years of experience in site supervision, project execution, construction, electrical, facility management, infrastructure, or industrial operations.
Experience in managing manpower and site operations is essential.
