To support its expanding field operations and technical service network, Gladiators Group is looking for skilled and dedicated Field Technicians to manage installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support activities at client and project sites.

Position Summary
The Field Technician will be responsible for onsite installation, servicing, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and technical support of electrical and electronic systems/equipment.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on technical knowledge, field service capability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently at various operational sites.

Key Responsibilities
Installation & Technical Support
Install, configure, and test electrical/electronic equipment and systems at client or project sites.
Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and technical inspections.
Support commissioning and operational setup activities.
Ensure proper functioning of equipment after installation and servicing.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
Diagnose technical faults and perform corrective maintenance.
Identify electrical and electronic issues and provide quick resolutions.
Replace defective components, wiring, and system parts when required.
Maintain records of repairs, service reports, and maintenance activities.
Field Operations
Visit assigned locations/sites for technical support and service activities.
Coordinate with supervisors, operations teams, and clients regarding technical requirements.
Ensure timely completion of field assignments and service schedules.
Handle onsite emergencies and technical breakdown situations efficiently.
Safety & Compliance
Follow company safety procedures and technical guidelines.
Ensure safe handling of tools, equipment, and electrical systems.
Maintain compliance with operational and quality standards.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) during field operations where required.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and inspection checklists.
Update job status and technical reports regularly.
Maintain inventory records of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
Report operational challenges and technical issues to management.

Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Field service or technical maintenance experience preferred.
