We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Tele-caller cum Receptionist (Front Office Executive) to manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, coordinate visitor management, and support administrative communication activities.
Position Summary
The Tele-caller cum Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. The candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, handling telephonic communication, coordinating appointments, maintaining records, and supporting administrative activities.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Manage reception area and maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
Handle visitor registration and coordinate meeting schedules.
Guide visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.
Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and appointment schedules.
Tele-calling & Communication
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
Transfer calls to concerned departments and take messages when required.
Conduct follow-up calls for appointments, inquiries, and customer coordination.
Maintain call records and communication reports.
Administrative Support
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
Manage office correspondence, emails, courier handling, and document filing.
Support HR and administration teams in daily office operations.
Maintain office contact databases and records.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
Customer Service & Coordination
Ensure positive customer interaction and professional communication at all times.
Address customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Support internal departments with coordination and communication tasks.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–5 years of experience in front office, tele-calling, receptionist, or customer service roles.
